What is the most rewarding aspect of your position?

Whenever I explain what I do at Gentherm and how it results in new products or enhances the features of current products people immediately get excited. Those that have used our products will unfailingly describe their positive experience. It’s rewarding to see how my work contributes to making a meaningful difference every day in the lives of millions of people around the world.

What are you working on that excites you?

Being part of the ClimateSense™ development team has been a great, exciting experience. My focus is on infusing intelligence in the system which translates into a multidisciplinary effort that involves thermal-physiology, statistics, and machine learning. Every day there is something new to learn!

What do you value most about your position and/or team?

I appreciate the politeness, respect, eagerness to help, and friendliness we are all demonstrating towards one another. Such a professional attitude makes difficult projects easier and fosters personal growth.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your position?

The most rewarding aspect of my position is being able to work and interact with other people. As a research and development engineer, my projects involve working closely with Gentherm employees and individuals outside of the company for testing. The greatest teachers in life are those you genuinely learn from, and I believe one can learn something from everyone. Each person I have the privilege to interact with brings new perspective.

What are you working on that excites you?

Within the automotive sector, I’m administering subjective tests where I’m allowing volunteers within and outside of the company to test out our novel features currently in development!

What do you value most about your position and/or team?

I value the teamwork. Our advanced engineering team is always looking for ways to help each other. As a relatively new hire, the support has been wonderful. It feels like we’re all on the same team, and I value that.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your position?

The most rewarding aspect of my position is seeing how our products help patients around the globe. As Director of Global Sales for Medical, I have the opportunity to learn about different markets around the world and work with our global partners to ensure that our therapies are available to all who need it.

What are you working on that excites you?

I am currently launching a new Normothermia Campaign to our sales team. This campaign will position Gentherm as the total solutions provider in the Operating Room.

I value my direct employees and the fact that I have the opportunity to impact their success.
